The country’s Central Bank recently removed three zeros from the national currency in a bid to restore confidence. The country has also been overcome by weeks of strikes by government workers, including doctors and teachers, and by small traders protesting poor conditions.,Coup Plot?,However, President Julius Maada Bio has also accused protesters of having ulterior motives beyond the cost of living crisis.,“This was not a protest against the high cost of living occasioned by the ongoing global economic crisis. But even before the escalation of the Ukraine crisis, relations between Freetown and Washington were tense at times. Last year, US President Joe Biden snubbed Bio by refusing to invite the African leader to the US’ so-called “Democracy Summit.” No reasons were given. B | 截至今年6月末，苏农银行资产总额突破2400亿，达到2403.92亿元，较年初增加94.85亿元，增长4.11%。其中，贷款总额为1465.60亿元，较年初增加71.21亿元，增长5.11%。　　业绩方面，上半年苏农银行分别实现营业收入23.03亿元，同比增长1%；归母净利润12.14亿元，同比增长3.02%。其中，利息净收入为15.36亿元，同比增长10.46%，非利息净收入为7.67亿元，同比下降13.78%。　　利息净收入的回暖，主要得益于该行负债端的成本改善。上半年该行利息收入为30.00亿元，同比下降4.25%，利息支出为14.64亿元，同比下降15.99%，该行在半年报中表示主要是吸收存款利息支出大幅减少2.87亿元。从息差表现来看，上半年苏农银行平均净息差为1.39%，较去年同期下降0.08个百分点。

C | 　　资产质量方面，苏农银行的不良贷款率在上市银行中处于较低水平，且上半年该行个人贷款不良率下降较为明显。

D | 半年报显示，截至6月末，苏农银行不良贷款率为0.86%，较年初下降0.02个百分点，主要是房地产不良率较高，其中，公司贷款不良率为0.72%，较年初略增0.01个百分点，个人贷款不良率为1.88%，较年初下降0.29个百分点。　　截至6月末，苏农银行拨备覆盖率为340.05%，较年初下降30.12个百分点，拉长时间来看，苏农银行的拨备覆盖率自2024年开始已经连续两年下降，不过，整体上看该行的拨备覆盖率在上市银行中仍处较高水平。　　去年，为进一步强化投资者回报，苏农银行首次实行了中期分红。在发布2026年半年报的同时，苏农银行今年的中期分红方案也同步出炉，该行拟每股派发现金红利0.1元，累计将派发现金2.22亿元，占该行同期归母净利润的18.29%，以8月26日的股价计算，该行股息率约5%。

E | 　　基金销售业务违规收警示函，投资收益近5年首降　　8月19日，江苏证监局发布对苏农银行采取出具警示函监管措施的决定，据公告称，苏农银行基金销售业务在人员管理、内控合规管理、适当性管理等方面存在问题。　　具体而言，苏农银行的违规行为包括对基金销售人员的考核评价指标体系中，未能将基金销售保有规模等体现以投资者利益为核心和长期投资理念的指标纳入其中；未能根据代销基金产品的投资范围、投资策略、投资比例和风险状况等因素，对产品开展科学有效的风险评估；合规风控人员未对新销售基金产品出具合规审查意见；APP展示的基金定投模拟历史业绩，未能注明相应的复合年平均收益率等信息等。　　近年来，代销基金作为一项轻资本业务已逐渐成为一些银行的重要增收来源，主要体现在手续费及佣金净收入的增长。

F | 今年上半年，苏农银行财富中收有所提升，实现手续费及佣金净收入0.61亿元，同比增长30.79%，占营收比重达2.63%，较去年同期提升60个基点。　　半年报显示，上半年苏农银行零售非存AUM（资产管理规模）较年初增长17.90亿元；保险销量3.42亿元，超去年全年销量；贵金属销量近1亿元，接近去年全年销量；信托保有规模达到11.51亿元，较年初净增1.05亿元。　　不过，整体来看，手续费及佣金净收入在苏农银行的营收中占比较小，而投资收益则一直是苏农银行非息收入的重要来源。Wind显示，2022年至2025年，苏农银行分别实现投资收益6.86亿元、8.94亿元、11.20亿元、15.63亿元，同比增速分别为47.26%、30.31%、25.24%、39.51%。　　今年一季度，该行实现投资收益3.53亿元，同比下降22.37%，上半年投资收益为6.86亿元，同比下降17.56%，占营业收入的比例为29.80%。　　对于投资收益下降，上述苏农银行工作人员表示，上半年投资收益同比下降主要受市场波段操作策略影响。　　从股价表现上来看，截至8月26日，苏农银行年内股价累计跌幅仍超2.7%。

G | 　　在今年5月举行的业绩说明会上，苏农银行董事长徐晓军回答投资者关于提升估值相关问题时表示，该行将持续强化经营管理能力，提升核心竞争力，提升股东投资回报，多措并举推动价值创造与市值表现的良性共振。
